DELIVERY PROCESS Affirmative Action 4 Life is offered in two formats. First, there is Affirmative Action 4 Life Workshop which is a custom 2 day workshop delivered on-site to your organization. This process is available worldwide and ideally suited for individuals/organizations seeking to move to their highest level and achieve success. Minimum class size is 30 participants. The leadership coaching process is available as Transformation Life Coaching. This format is ideally suited for organizations seeking to send key employees to a high-impact program that will create sustained learning results. The format of Transformation Life Coaching does not require your organization to commit to a minimum number but rather, offers you the flexibility of sending a smaller group of people (send 2 or 20). These individuals will not only receive the extraordinary benefits of the program but also have the opportunity to network with other participants drawn from other organizations. |  | |  |  |
